Frequently Asked Questions

HOW DO I ORDER?
It’s simple! You can go to Amazing Graze NJ  Facebook page and send me a DM to place an order.  Once an order is received, we will contact you for additional details.  That’s it!

HOW DO I PAY?
Amazing Graze NJ accepts payments through Venmo or Zelle.  All orders require full payment at time of ordering.  Orders
are confirmed upon receipt of payment.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER? 
Generally speaking, 36 hours is the required amount of time needed to curate, create your board. Cutoff is 10AM the day prior to order.  
​
Grazing Tables require a 2 week in advance notice, in addition to date of availability.  
​
 *We understand things come up. I will work to make any reasonable order accommodation, time/schedule permitting. 
​
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
To cancel your order, please e-mail amazinggrazenj@gmail.com  as soon as possible.

Orders canceled within 4 days of the delivery or pick-up date are not subject to refund, and no refunds or credits will be issued.  This is to cover the costs of any produce (perishable food products), short shelf life products and/or florals already bought for your order.

ALLERGY AND DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?
At Amazing Graze NJ we DO NOT operate in a 100% allergy free/nut free environment, orders require refrigeration upon delivery/pickup and certify that we are not responsible for any food related issues. Major food allergens that are present in the product: such as eggs, nuts, soy, peanuts, milk, and wheat.

We can customize boxes and boards to most dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, pork-free, nut free and more.  If you have a specific dietary restriction(s), please let us know and we can discuss alterations to your order!

WHAT MEATS & CHEESES DO YOU USE?
We vary what meats, cheeses and accoutrements we use depending on what is in season and what is freshly available at the time. We can assure you they are all delicious! Our boards are made fresh to order with the highest quality ingredients that you and your guests will be sure to enjoy!  For inquiries on custom boards, please contact us.

DO YOU DELIVER?

​We provide Free delivery within 5 miles.  You have the option of picking up your order, or have your order delivered.  If you choose to have your charcuterie board delivered there will be a $10 fee.

 
CAN I CREATE A CUSTOME BOARD FOR MY TABLE OR EVENT?
Of course, It would be my pleasure to curate the perfect custom board or table for your next event.  Simply contact us to discuss your ideas and vision.

CAN I KEEP THE BOARD?
All orders are served on either a disposable serving tray which you keep, or a wood board that will be required to be
retuned within 24 hrs upon conclusion of your event.
