I moved to Sussex County almost 40 years ago, and have loved living here as I have made many friends and connections over the years. 

The last year or so, I have created charcuterie (shaar·koo·tr·ee) boards to bring to events and parties instead of your typical salad or veggie dish. People are always "wowed" when they see the board, and love the fact that they can graze on a little bit of everything.  
 
I have always had a love for cooking and entertaiing, and love the challenge of combining different cured meats, cheeses, fruits, and nuts to create a visually stunning and delectable spread. I take great care in selecting only the highest quality ingredients to ensure that my boards are delicious as well as beautiful. They say "you eat with your eyes first"
